Slow Entourage OSX?

Does anyone know why, all-of-a-sudden that EVERYTHING in Entourage got
S-L-O-W? It takes about two minutes if I want to change from a month
view to a daily view. All three other views are fine, though. Please
help if at all possible! Thanx.

Are you sure it is Entourage that is slow. Try it again and launch
Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor and see which process is keeping the
computer busy.

Yes, I am sure as the only thing within Entourage that even slows down
is the Calendar area........but I will do the activity monitor
none-the-less! Thanx.
