Slow mail delivery with Cached mode enabled

Hi All

I have SBS 2003 and Outlook 2003 clients. When i enable chached mode ont he
clients, mail seems to be delivered to them in chuks every half an hour or
so. If I disable cahced mode, then mail delivers fine. Re-enable chached mode
and problem starts again. Even if i send the client say 5 messages, wait 5
minuites, do a manual send/recieve, nothing appears. But after about 30 mins
a bunch of like 15 mails get delivered... very strange...

Looking in Message tracking I can see the mails go though all stages on the
server and get delivered to the client. They just dont appear in outlook.

Any ideas? :)) please.. :))
