Slow Outlook Selections

I recently installed a new Exchange 2000 server in a new
AD network to replace an NT 4.0 system.From Outlook 2000
when I click to access successive folders (ex. Inbox then
Sent then Calendar), there is delay between selections.
All servers are new and faster than the NT servers. I
don't get any errors that would indicate that something is
wrong. Any clues?
