Small Bus Office authorization

I purchased a laptop bundled with SBO 2007 (I thought). But it came with
Office Pro 60 day free tryout. I cannot get SBO to authorize. Before I
pull out my remaining hair and sue NEWEGG - where is the friggin'
authorization?

Usually the key is with the paperwork they supplied, but since its not an MS
issue, you would have to ask newegg, or the Laptop manufacturer

NewEggs attitude is that it is MS's problem. They want nothing to do with
this situation. I cannot resolve it today - I am disputing the charges and
recommending that my company cease doing business with them.

I've always heard good things about Newegg but because it's preinstalled, it
really is Newegg's responsibility. Disputing the charges is the right thing
to do.

MS Customer service informs me that I was sold a 60 day version of the
product (based on the provided key). Either a serious mistake or attempt at
fraud. NewEgg's rep is steadily going down in my viewpoint.

Newegg does not install software on computers.
Your beef is with the manufacturer of the computer
who installed the Office software.

Did Newegg advertise the computer as having
Microsoft Office Small Business Edition installed?

Can you provide a link to the Newegg site for the
computer you actually purchased?

NewEgg (after hours of calls to Acer and Microsoft) has agreed to give me a
refund since it is obvious that what I was sent is not what I ordered and
paid for. I disputed the purchase so that they won't even get the benefit of
my money while they dither over the refund.
