Is there a step by step and starting a marketing campaign? I can see the
'start campaign' buttons and such but how do I attach an e-card to the
campaign and how do I save a card that I've made in publisher so I can insert
it in an email? Like sending a 'recipe of the month', etc.???

To email a card, you would have to convert it to a .pdf file.

Other than that, what you're asking is a topic outside of Office. I would
suggest finding a newsgroup whose member/participants specializes in
marketing.
