Small Business Contact Manager Fails

Running Outlook 2002 under XP, 'demo' database of Small Business Contact
Manager functions OK (the Northwind Traders sample file). However, when I
use the 'create new database' wizard to import my Outlook contacts, I
receive message re 'general failure'. Database not created. Have tried
reinstalling, etc.

Any ideas? Any workarounds ?
