We have a couple of users that seem to keep getting corrupt smart tags. You
can clear out all the smart tags, open up a new message, send the message to
x, and it works. Open up another new message start to type in the user,
select the smart tag which now exists, and now has a bunch of numbers and
letters after the name, and you get an error. It can't deliver the message.
I don't know why this keeps happening or where it is coming from.
