SMTP failing to authenticate - Steve Dennis

Hi All.
Everything was working great for 2 years, then it stops sending and says
'authentification failed - please re-enter password'
I do that and it still doesn't work.
I have deleted the keychain links.
I did consider deleting the account and starting again - buts a lot of
unwanted email and no organization!

The current error message is
"The server for account "**" returned the error 'Resource temporarily
unavailable (#4.9.0) The userame/password or security settings may be
incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?"

I have made myself very confused - can anyone please help?

Did you run Keychain FirstAid?
I did consider deleting the account and starting again - buts a lot of
unwanted email and no organization!

Deleting the Account in Entourage does not delete anything but the
information. I suggest you delete the account and enter the info carefully.
If you cut/paste be sure not to include any spaces.

Are you on an exchange server?
