Software protection for VB and VBA ?

I'm searching software protection for Microsoft Visual Basic & VBA project,
I have found a new protection from Ionworx, it's SerialShield,
(http://www.ionworx.com/serialshield.html), anyone has tried it ?

else have you any suggestions ?
