I have set up a solver problem to populate 26 cells with the numbers 1 to 26
based on the values of other cells. I have set a lower constraint where the
cell must equal 1, I have also set an upper constraint where the cell is a
maximum of 26. How can I set up a constraint where each cell must have a
unique value between 1 and 26?
