Some addresses from Contacts not showing when writing email

When I go to compose an email and click on the book right next to the
address bar,
some of the contacts that are in my contacts are not listed.
I only have one Contact book so to speak.

The two most common reasons a Contact might not appear in the Outlook
Address Book:
1. They do no have a valid, resolved electronic address
2. They reside in a Contacts Folder other than the one you are displaying

You're there. We're not. You're the only one who can determine which
Contacts are not appearing.
