Some emails showing up as jibberish

Hi all,

I have a user that has an issue with some emails displaying text as jibberish. What is strange is that in some emails it happens sporadically in the body of the email, sometimes it is the entire text of an email and sometimes the email text is fine. Could a recent microsoft update have caused this bevavior? If anyone has helpful advice for me on how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for your reply. This is happening to emails in the InBox. The user sees no issue with what he is sending. Only with some emails he is receiving. I hope this is helpful. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Quit Entourage, then delete the files "Tasman Browser.cache" and
"com.microsoft.browserfont.cache" in ~/Library/Caches. See if that solves
your user's problem.
