We send out a news flyer to 3 Distribution lists, some reciepients get it,
and some don't. When I send out a newsletter with an attachment and try to
troubleshoot, everyone get's the tests. This has been going on since the MS
Outlook 2003 updates ran on Friday the 13th 2007! Any suggestions?
