some option is not coming in registry

Dear All

I am facing a problem in Outlook 2003. When sending and receiving th
mails, following error "Can't move the items. The fil
<path>\<filename>.pst has reached its maximum size. T
reduce the amount of data in this file, select some items that you n
longer need, and then permanently delete them" "0x8004060C"is coming
I have gone through Microsoft sit

that site when I configure the size limit for pst in registr
following lines I am find in registry

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PS
2 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PS

Why these entries are not coming? or you can please provide me th
solution for above said problem

What format is your .pst using in Outlook 2003? Only the unicode format
will allow the larger .pst file size. If your .pst was not updated
(requires manual intervention = you must upgrade it yourself) because you
upgraded from a previous version (versus clean installation), you will need
to create a unicode .pst file. Once you have created a unicode .pst file,
drag and drop (NEVER import) your items from the old to the new.
