Some windows in Outlook resize randomly

When I receive a meeting invitation and open it and then click on "Calendar"
to open a new calendar window:

The new calendar window is not fully sized. It seems to periodically
and randomly end up in a new size, except after a full Windows/Office
reinstall when it will (for a while) open full size.

How do I permanently create the size and positioning I want for the
Calendar window when opening it from inside a meeting request?
