Sort address book by first name ?

In OL200x on WinXP it's possible to view the address book first name / last
name.... In Entourage it appears that you can only sort asc/desc based on
surname....
There's also a nice option which gives a list of the letters A to Z to
short-cut to various entries in the address book

Are there similar options in Entourage that I'm just missing ?

Interesting workaround, but... Yuck !! A candidate for Entourage feedback I
think ;)
