Sort by categories

After upgrading to exchange 2003 my outlook 2003 clients lost to ability to
search by categories We were using outlook 2003 before the exchange upgrade
I have removed the profile and created a new one and it didn’t help
Any ideas would be appreciated

You're mixing up some terms here.

1. You could never SORT by Category in any version. You can Group by it.

2. If you want to Group by Category and Sort by a second field, in 2003 you
have to do the Sort first (Eg State), then drag the other column header (Eg
Category) into the Group By Box. Now it will stay Sorted by State and be
Grouped by Category.

I know this is a pain - it's one of those fun 2003 ways of doing stuff!!
