Sort distribution list by last name then first name?

Every list of employees I use at work is sorted by Last Name, First Name.
When I try to compare work lists with Outlook distribution lists, which are
sorted by First Name then Last Name, it is very difficult to check.

Is there a way I can sort my Outlook XP distribution lists by Last Name first?
