Sort no longer "pins" the message you're sorting by

In Outlook 2003, I could highlight a message from "Sue" and click on the
"From" header to find other messages from "Sue." When the sort was complete
I would see all messages from Sue. In Outlook 2007, when the sort is
complete I am returned to the top of the list and must scroll back down to
find "Sue" once again.

I really miss this feature. Is there another way to achieve the same
result? I keep hundreds of old messages in very organized files & must
retrieve them regularly.
