Sort Question

I have a spreadsheet that has column headings that are
set with AutoFilter.

The problem is that one of the columns only displays part
of the contents of the column when you click on the
AutoFilter arrow. The autofilter displays in alphabetical
order, but stops at the letter "p." The other columns in
the spreadsheet are complete. I don't know why one
column's autofilter doesn't display the entire contents
of the column.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

do you have blank rows in between?. If yes try the following:
- first select your ENTIRE data range
- after this apply the autofilter

Thank you for the reply. I don't see any empty rows in
the column that is having a problem. I did select the
entire column and then applied the autofilter, but I
still only get a list from a through p, for some reason q
through z are not included.
