I have searched and searched and found no answer. Is there a bug?
I have been using Entourage for some time and have a lot of messages and
notes and they are all linked together. When ever I select a Contact and ask
for the Links I get a list, sorted by Item and but always in reverse date
order.
Help says that I should simply click the column heading but whilst the
"direction" arrow does change, the soft-order of the items does not.
Am I missing a point and should be selecting items to be sorted (or
something) or is this a bug. Having reverse date order slows down my
workflow and is a pain in an otherwise excellent program.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
