sorting out Outlook address records for emails

dougwright - confused

Due to my own fault I have ended up with incorrect email links when trying to
send to various people - how do I remove these?
ie Itype in g for new email to a friend and the incorrect one is listed
As you can see I am confused but I hope you understand the problem.

Do you mean the suggestion that comes up when you type "g" into the To
field? If so, simply select the entries you want to delete, and press the
delete key.
