Sorting

Greetings.

I have a strange one. My copy of Entourage no longer sorts my emails. For
example when I click on size, categories, or sent, it no longer sorts them
for me. Do you think it's time to reinstall Office? Should I rebuild my
database?

Thanks for any help.

If the column header has an arrow but the sort order doesn't make any sense,
then it's probably database corruption. First, go to Entourage -> Turn Off
Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage
holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose
to do a Typical Rebuild.

Usually a Typical Rebuild fixes message list ordering. (If not, do an
Advanced. But Typical usually works for this.)
