If you go to the machine locally and try to apply the patch, does it work?

Its located on the local hard drive. I've tried both Auto Update and Direct launch.
These machines are managed by an XServe. Could it be something blocked in preferences?

Where is Office located on these machines (boot drive, another partition, netboot, etc)?
Are you doing this via the download or via Auto Update?

So I'm trying to install SP2 on some users desktops and I get an error
message saying it cannot find a compatible version. Our user are on the
last 11.1 release of the product.
Any ideas?
