Space in data causing truncation

The complete URL needs to be URLencoded.
This means that illegal characters, like / in the date, and spaces are
encoded in a form that can be used in a URL.

http://www.x.com/muskyfestcontestan...mage=kandice.jpg&gbd=8/14/2003&curcon=Kandice
Lastname
becomes

http://www.x.com/muskyfestcontestan...ice.jpg&gbd=8/14/2003&curcon=Kandice+Lastname
