I seem to have a bad habit of leaving additional spaces between the
occassional word when creating mail messages. When in WORD the
unwanted spaces are picked up when the spell and grammer check is
performed.
Is there a way that these additional unwanted spaces can be detected
and corrected before the mail message goes out?
