Spam address in the pop-up list, when typing into the "To" field... Hidden names in the Address Book

Typing the first letters in the "To" field of a new message, a new name
appeared in the pop-up otions of names, which started with those
letters but is not in Address Book. It came in via the "From" field of
a spam message that I immediately deleted and, of course, never added
the name to Address Book.

So the name is somehow got into my potential addressees but it is NOT
in Entourage's Address Book so that I can't even delete it. Are there
hidden names in the Address Book?

I discovered that name by accident as I started typing the name of a
legitimate contact. It came from the mail.com domain frequentlyt used
by spammers.

Questions:

1. How can I have Entourage remove that unauthorized name from the
pop-up options (and from the Address Book, if it is hidden there)?

2. How can I remove all names ending @mail.com from from the pop-up
options (and from the Address Book, if they are hidden there),
including those that I haven't yet discovered?

Following on Scott's advice that is an "address cache," I searched the
Search the Support Knowledge Base, where I finally, found the soultion
that worked, here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823667/en-us .
