Spam - Blank Subject or sender lines

Hi all...

I am getting alot of this spam with blank subject lines
or blank sender lines...

any ideas as to what I can do in terms of message rules or
what ever ?

I am running win98 second edition, fully patched and
Outlook 2000 SP3
