Spam fight now Rules don't work!

I was trying to fight spam by adding a set of rules, and now my rules don't
work neither the new ones or the old ones that were working fine before.
I don't know what I've done wrong, I've tried to disable or erase them -
But nothing works.

Could anyone help?????
