Spam filters

We have exchange server and windows xp clients. Pop3 email
We have a mailbox for (e-mail address removed) and spam filter turned on this works
fine.
All clients also need to see (e-mail address removed) when we ad this mailbox the spam
filter does not get applied to this mailbox.

Any help appreciated.

You lost me when you were combining Exchange with POP3. Who exactly is
hosting those POP3 accounts and where does the junk email filtering take
place?

The server picks our pop3 emails from xxx.com then we collect them on each
workstation.

You have the Exchange server act as a POP3 client? That alone is a poor
configuration already but currently off-topic.
Client side Junk Email filtering only works on the primary Exchange mailbox.
Consider server based filtering instead and only use the client side Junk
Email filter as an addition.
