How do you block spam coming into Entourage?
There really is no sure fire way of doing that in Entourage (2001, or
v.X). You can create rules to block certain phrases or domains, but in
the end all it does is just classify it as junk, and keeps it in your
inbox. You can create other rules to delete all mail classified as
junk, but be careful that nothing important ends up being in there
first.

Entourage 2004 boasts better junk mail filtering. It becomes available May 10.
