Hi there,

Does anyone know what this error report means? It came from somebody
unsuccessfully trying to email a jpeg photograph to me.

The failure notice tells you exactly what is wrong:

"Message rejected because vfep01.mfe.bur.connect.com.au ... Is blacklisted
at bl.spamcop.net
see Blocked - http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?210.8.230.167"

The link supplied goes on to tell you that the email originated from a
server that is known for sending spam, so spamcop has blocked all email from
that domain.

Behaviour like this is why spamcop so often gets a bad name - for
arbitrarily blocking thousands of domain users because one user used the
server to send out _alleged_ spam, which got reported to spamcop, who block
the entire IP range the server sits in without thoroughly checking up on the
report.

If you continue to use spamcop services, you will have to get used to this
behaviour.
