spamming thru my front page e-mail

Unless I pay $550, I am getting kicked off my site because
somebody got into my site e-mail and used it to spam 1400
names not related to my site. They also generated
ficticious sent from names. The site host said that
spammers love this. How do I avoid this? Is there a
standard fix?
It is the e-mail put up from my index.html page.

Contact your email service provider. The problem lies with them.
