Spamsieve mistake

I made a mistake when reinstalling spamsieve for Entourage, and when I was
asked to find the application, I clicked on Downloads. And now every time an
e-mail message comes through that spamsieve is eliminating, a window popups
up that is called ŒVerify Downloads.¹ How can I eliminate this?

I get it off of my Entourage?
