Special charater not working properly

Hello everyone,

I have problem to use those special charaters like ? / <>
~` within outlook. I can use them without problem in
notepad. i coudl even copy from notepad and paste to
outlook new message, it still show ok. However, if i open
a new message and use those charater , it show up
somethign else . For instance, I type ~, it show <
instead, i type ?, it show a france dollar sign...

anyone has any idea? please help !
