First, sorry for my english.
In my organization are some "special" projects:
this projects are "Maintenance projects". We don´t know the number of
hours that the resources will spend in the Project. It depends of the
year.
Projects have:
Fixed duration.One year of duration, then 249 days.
Real Start: 1st of january
End: 31 december.
When the resouces update hours from Server, the end date and the
duration (dyas) change. It is because of, for example, the resoucer
did not work in this one task for a mounth, and Project server put
this mounth after 31 of december.
I´d like to fix the duration od the project in one year. always 1st of
januar and 31st of december, just to assess or account the hours of
each resource.
