Special toolbar buttons

I received an e-mail that when opened with MS outlook running on
WIndows OS produces special toolbar buttons on top, such as voting
buttons yes, no, or whatever the sender specified. Viewing the same
e-mail with Entourage 2004 deos not produce these special toolbar
buttons. Is this something I need to turn on, or is this feature not
supported? I was under the impression that Entourage 2004 is fully
compatibile with MS exchange servers.
