Specified path does not exist

When i tried to open a asf or wmv attachment file in MS
Outlook 2002 it gives the following error:
"c:\documents & setting\yoongkt\local settings\temporary
internet files\content.IE5\dn33p14a\file.asf" The
specified path does not exist. Check the path and then
try again.

Appreciate it if you advise on the problem and provide a
solution.
