specified server could not be found

I'm receiving an error message when sending from my roadrunner
account. Message is "specified server could not be found". When I use
mac mail I don't have this problem. I'm able to receive mail from this
account just can't send. Does anyone have suggestions on how to
trouble shoot this problem. Thanks

In the last 4 years that I have had Roadrunner they have changed their SMTP
server name a couple times. Currently it set to smpt-server (for El Paso
Roadrunner). Select "Accounts" from the "Tools" menu and double click on
your Roadrunner account. On the "click here for advanced server settings"
bar, I don't have anything checked at all.

It is also possible that they are having server related problems.
