Speech on Outlook 2003

Hello folks, I installed the speech recognition system on my
Office 2003 Pro - Service Pack 1

Everything works fine, but I cant make Outlook to "speak" ( read ) a mail.

Word works ok, no problem at all.

Any ideas how to make Outlook to read the mail ?
