Speech Recognition and Capitalization after Quotation

When I'm dictating into Speech Recognition in Word, Word automatically
capitalizes new sentences. However, when the new sentence begins with a
quotation mark, it does not capitalize. Can anyone tell me how to correct
this so that is an automatic feature? Is this just something that I need to
watch for when doing my editing after dictating?
