speech to text set up on trial Word software

I’m interested in MS Word 2003’s speech to text abilities.
Unfortunately, the 60 trial software that came with my computer has this feature set up to be installed on first use. It’s requesting a copy of the CD to finish the instillation.
Does anyone know a way around this? I’m trying to decide if I should spend my money on a new version of Word – or if I should pick up a third party program.
Thanks.
Note: the first file it’s looking for is STD11N.MSI … if that helps anyone.

its_meshell,
Since the trial software was pre-installed, your computer manufacturer is responsible for all software cd's, trial or not, Operating System, Office suite, etc...
You will need to contact the manufacturer for support. When you do, include the error you posted.

Chris,
I agree. And after multiple calls and about an hour of hold time (45 on one call, and 15 on the second), I was finally told that H* couldn’t help me. (Am I allowed to name the company? I assume I can as long as I keep it honest.) Anyway, one Help desk rep tried to send me to a Microsoft help desk … a pay per a call help desk. On my last call I was told that this feature wasn’t included in the free trial version.
I was just hoping there was a way to save myself from wasting another hour on hold.
(I think it’s time to ask for management.)
Thanks for your response.
(okay, I’m done venting now.)

Its_Meshelle,
Yes name the company so anyone who reads these posts can benefit.
We have been extremely pleased with Dell"s online support for our notebooks.
It might be eaiser to start an email support issue with "H". This way you have documentation and a support # to backup you up.
Might take just a tad bit longer, and you may get better results.
