I am a new user of Microsoft Office's OneNote 2003 and am interest in
converting audio recordings (a OneNote feature) to text. Does OneNote have a
voice/speech-to-text capability? If so, how can employ it? If not, are there
third-party speech-to-text software vendors that would enable me to integrate
this capability into OneNote?
