Speed difference Excel XP and 2003

We have developed a spreadsheet see RETScreen.net for a
free download. Using Excel XP and the WIND3 model the
sensitivity sheet calculates in about 3 seconds. However
using Excel 2003 it takes about 30 sec on the same
computer. The program is using the Table function to
generate the tables. I have tried using the Scenarios
method but get similar times. Does anyone know if there is
a way to set XL2003 to work as XL XP?
