Spell Check all Contacts

I am using OL 2002. When I had my contacts exported into Excel I did a
spell check and made several corrections.

Unfortunately I cannot get the Excel CSV back into Outlook now (see my other
post) but I would like to know if there is a way to spell check the OL 2002
Contacts without exporting the file to MS Word or MS Excel?

Also, maybe this is a good place to ask "What is the best format to use for
exporting Contacts?" CSV seems not to work.
