Spell Check doesn't work 2007 Word and Outlook

After I installed Office Standard 2007 my spell checker worked. Shortly
after it no longer works in word or outlook. I have followed all of
Microsoft's instructions to no avail. I am totally frustrated.

I had a similar issue upgrading from office 2003 to office 2007.
If I recall correctly this was solved by changing a reg key.

What do you mean by "override"?, I get no such option.

THE SPELL CHECK UPON CLICKING REFERS "PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER IN THE SPELLING
