Spell Check Mystery Word 2007

My spell check will not check any text in any of my documents. Comes up with
message: TEXT MARKED WITH ''DO NOT CHECK SPELLING OR GRAMMAR'' WAS SKIPPED
How can I change this? Don't know how I marked the text as stated.
