When I first got the error, I followed the instructions in the MSKB article
Q324757. At first I thought it worked. I could print multiple page from
any application. But if I try to print the Tasks in Outlook 2002, I get the
error. It happens ONLY in Tasks. I actually get the first page of tasks
and then the error hits. I can print emails, calendar, etc. No problem.
After the error occurs I have to follow the steps in the KB article all
except the first one to get things back working again. I don't have a
Lexmark printer.
This began after I installed Sharpdesk 3.0. It is an application that works
in conjunction with a Sharp printer, scanner, copier that I use.
So I tried the System restore and took the PC back to the day before. That
didn't work.
Anyone see this error and know how to fix it?
