Spread sheet contains macros

When loading, I get a message saying that the file has macros. I can find no
macros. I am given the choice to enable or disable the macro. The file is
password protected.

When I look at Tools, Macro, Macros, there are no macros. This is an old
file which was imported from other programs and at least three previous
versions of Excel. This Excel 2003, using Windows XP.
