SPUNINST message

Whenever I click on a link in Outlook I get the following
message from Windows XP:
SPUNINST [-u][-f][-z][-q]
-U Unattended mode
-f Force other apps to close at shutdown
-Z Do not reboot when installation is complete
-q Quiet mode--no user interaction

If I click OK, nothing happens. I cannot connect to the
link no matter what I do.

Is IE (or your other browser) working fine? Maybe something odd happened to
change your default for opening HTTP links to SPUninst.
